Kettlebell
Description
Perform a snatch or clean and press to bring the kettlebell up to the start position straight overhead.
Push your backside out towards the side of the weight, and reach down towards the opposite foot. Look up to the kettlebell, ensuring your arm remains vertical throughout.
As you reach the floor with your hand, drive back up to the start position, engaging your oblique (side) muscles as you do so.
