Equipment
Single pulley cable machine
Description
Stand in line with the base of the cable stack, with both hands on the handle. Lower yourself into the squat position and rotate the upper body intowards the cable, keeping your knees aligned over your toes.
Drive up through the heels, whist simultaneously bringing the arms across the body and rotating the core to face the opposite direction.
Try to keep your arms straight and your back upright throughout the movement.
