Description

Stand in line with the base of the cable stack with both hands on the handle, with the body lunged towards the cable stack.

Initiate the movement by driving off through the outside of the hips, pushing your body away from the stack whilst rotating the core and drawing the arms down and around the body.

Try to keep your arms straight and your back upright throughout the movement.
