Description
Stand with your knees slightly bent, tummy drawn in holding a barbell with hands over the top.
Curl the barbell towards your shoulders without allowing the elbows to move and then return to the start position.
Ensure your back does not swing as this will create momentum, reducing the effectiveness of the exercise.
