Description
Place one knee on the bench directly beneath the hip. Take the other foot out wide enough to allow the hips to remain parallel to the ground and back in a neutral alignment.
Place one hand on the bench directly beneatht the shoulder.
As you row the weight up towards the body, imagine pinching the shoulder blades together before returning to the start position.
