Description
Lie on a bench as shown below, with a pair of dumb bells in your hands (note: you will need a lighter weight than you usually use for the dumb bell chest press!)
With a slight bend in the elbows, lower your arms towards the ground until you feel a stretch across your chest and then return your arms to the start position.
Maintain a neutral alignment in your back, avoiding arching it as you lower the weights.
