Mat, Swiss ball
Description
Hold a Swiss ball between your feet, and bring your upper body up to meet your legs in the middle.
Return back to the floor, holding the Swiss ball in your hands now.
Return to the mid position again, taking the ball between your feet once again and then return to the start position. This is one repetition.
