Description
Lying in the position shown, rotate your hips to bring your lower back flat to the floor.
Draw the naval towards the spine, gently lift one leg up to the position shown.
Return to the start position and repeat on the other side.
OPTION: To make this exercise more challenging, lift both feet up at the same time - see bottom picture
