Equipment
Step (optional barbell or dumb bells)
Description
Place one foot flat on a step (the higher the step, the more intense the exercise).
Drive upwards with the bum cheek of the front leg, bringint the other leg to the step.
Return both legs to the floor and repeat on the same side, completing the whole set on one leg before changing to the other side.
OPTION - Hold a pair of dumb bells in your hands, or a barbell across your shoulders
