vegetables
Vegetables truly are nature's super foods. They contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that the body simply cannot live without.
Vegetables are usually cooked somehow before they are consumed; steamed, baked, fried, boiled... there are many ways to cook your veg!
The problem with this though, is the heat destroys nearly all of the live enzymes in the veg which leaves it much less useful to our bodies. Eating raw vegetables, apart from tasting pretty nasty sometimes has its own problems. These problems stem from the fact that raw veg are quite hard for our bodies to digest and so again, much of the vital nutrition contained within these foods is lost.
The best way to get the most out of our veg is to extract the juice from it and drink the goodness. By juicing veg, the body can digest it almost immediately and within literally minutes the goodness will be flowing around your body.
