On June 5th I will be holding a Training Day specifically to help you run faster. More details will be coming soon (make sure you're on the mailing list below to be the first to receive them), but in the meantime I have a favour to ask you. You see, I want to make sure that this workshop is exactly what you need, which is why I want to invite you to tell me what the most important things are that you want to learn about your training.

We'll be covering topics such as running technique, variable pace training and body conditioning, but I want you to let me know what else you would like to see in this workshop.
