Group training
Get together with up to 3 friends to split the cost of personal training. Kinetic trainers can visit you where ever is convenient, though most of our clients tend to meet our trainers at work.
We can get to your place of work before or after you start your day, or during your lunch break. The type of session will depend on your goals and any areas that require attention, but may include interval training, fartlek or tempo runs or even running specific circuit training
Group personal training sessions are available in blocks of 5, 10 or 15 sessions (lasting an hour each), depending on how frequently you want to train
- Block of 5 sessions (1 session per week)
- group of two - £135 per person (£27 per session)
- group of three - £100 per person (£20 per session)
- group of four - £80 per person (£16 per session)
- Block of 10 sessions (2 sessions per week)
- group of two - £260 per person (£26 per session)
- group of three - £190 per person (£19 per session)
- group of four - £150 per person (£15 per session)
- Block of 15 sessions (3 sessions per week)
- group of two - £375 per person (£25 per session)
- group of three - £270 per person (£18 per session)
- group of four - £210 per person (£14 per session)
The size of the block you book will depend on the results you want. If you just need a bit of a kick once a week to keep you on the right track then the block of 5 would suit you best. If however you are after maximising your results and running your fastest possible time in 2008's Reading Half Marathon then 3 sessions a week will ensure you reach your training potential.
