Half Marathon Training Programs

The training programs for the Reading Half Marathon are split over 3 levels depending on your target time:

  1. Level 1: 2:15 to "Get You Round"
  2. Level 2: 1:45 to 2:15
  3. Level 3: 1:15 to 1:45

Read through your program and then get out there and start running!
