terms and conditions
Like everything in life, if you work with Kinetic Health and Fitness there are terms and conditions to make sure everything runs smoothly. Don't think of these as "strings attached", more of an extension of our values to ensure everybody gets a fair deal and fabulous experience
- If you book a personal training session and have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice the session will be fully chargeable unless we can rearrange the session for later the same week. This is a really important one for us because we plan our diaries around our clients, and like everyone else we all have targets to meet so this notice period gives us a good shot at rearranging diaries and fitting in another client.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made directly to the trainer via text, email or phone call / voicemail
- Once you have made your first payment you will be contacted withing 24 hours to book your appointment. In most cases you will have already had an initial meeting with a trainer from Kinetic Health and Fitness, and you may well already have your first session booked
- Personal training sessions must be paid for in advance
- If after your first personal training session you are not satisfied that you have made the right decision or have simply changed your mind, we will fully refund your payments. Please simply inform your trainer before 24 hours of your next session, who will contact you to organise the refund
- If you decide you no longer wish to continue training with Kinetic Health and Fitness, you must let us know before your last booked appointment. There is no minimum contract period (other than the duration of the block of sessions you purchase)
- If you join a Bootcamp membership program, then decide that it just isn't for you, just tell us within your first 2 weeks of training and we will issue you with a full refund
- Once you have made your first Bootcamp payment you will be billed on the same day each month
- After your first payment is complete you may then attend the next Bootcamp session available (e.g. if you pay on a Tuesday but the next Bootcamp session is on the Thursday, this will be your first session)
- If you decide to leave a Bootcamp after your initial 2 weeks is up, you must give us a minimum of 1 week's notice or you will be liable to pay for the next month's membership in full
- If you are unable to make it to Bootcamp for any reason and will miss more than a week of training, let us know at least a week in advance and you may take a "payment holiday". This simply means that we will move your direct debit date back so you won't get charged for the time you are away
- If you find yourself regularly having to miss weeks of Bootcamp we may suggest you consider one of our personal training programs that might be more suitable to your hectic lifestyle
