This Training Days is designed exclusively for runners preparing for the Reading Half Marathon on March 29th 2009. Working directly with George Anderson, you will:

  • Plan your very own progressive, periodised program for the remaining 16 weeks to the race
  • Learn how to manipulate your training to achieve the best possible results in March
  • Understand how to build up mileage, increase speed endurance and taper for the race
  • Experience training techniques such as fartlek and interval training, as well as understand the importance of these session
  • Understand your own running style, how it may be holding you back and what you can do about it!
